• Manage and supervise a team of Utilities Operators as they maintain a large system and ensure the proper schedule is kept.
• Monitor the day-to-day performance of the utilities operation and quality control (Water preparation, RO/EDI-water system, Demineralized Water System, Potable/Raw water system, Steam system, Process/Instrument air system, Boiler, Cooling water system, LNG system and chilled water systems). Take the actions for applicable to ensure availability and in-spec operation.
• Assuring the operational condition of utility installations and operation control by coordination and report to Section Head Utility and Waste Water to carry out cleaning/inspection and first maintenance and ensure all activities are completed as planed.
• Monitoring with report of breakdown, root cause analysis, system performance, corrective and preventive action to continuous improve the system.
• Support and work with team to explore the opportunity for cost savings, spare parts, safety and continuous improvement projects to contribute business objective and company profit.
• Must be effective at motivating their team, as well as giving a frank but constructive assessment of the work done.
• Needs to have extensive experience in the Utility system and must be able to perform emergency repairs on their own, as well as take charge of troubleshooting their employees work.
• To provide technical guidance and support in self maintenance as the team Utility operation system.
• To responsible for ensuring employees work that safety standards and compliance, and oversee the training and scheduling of workers.
• Participating in budget establishment and control maintenance costs to be optimized.
• Coordinating and providing the concerned department with necessary support.
• Create and management of GMP/Quality/Safety and Environment document in utilities section.
Workplace Area: IRPC Industrial Zone
Working Hour: 8:00-16:30(<Saturday Working: None>)
Salary: 40,000–55,000THB

• Bachelor's Degree in Science Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering.
• Have working at least 8 years as Maintenance Engineer (Utility) in Chemical company
• Have working of Utility Management (Water preparation, RO/EDI-water system, Demineralized Water system, Potable/Raw water system, Steam system, Process/Instrument air system, Boiler, Cooling water system, LNG system and chilled water systems)
• Have management at least 5 years experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Leader
• Conversational middle level of English
• Possess of Licenses for boiler and understanding in Boiler system, Seam Systems is preferable
