Engineering Manager (Automotive Painting Machine) (60K–70K) (SDG-59923)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Leading all engineering tasks of plant projects and/or project management for modification projects.
- Organizes project accounting structure and processes projects
- Develop and manage project schedules and milestones to ensure quality and timeliness for all project deliverables of assigned customer projects
- Ensure that the project scope of work is fully understood by the project team with clearly identified roles and responsibilities providing proper direction and reporting to all stakeholders such as customer, internal departments and management
- Manages the internal communication process and acts as a single point contact for all customer communications
- Supports commercial lead in the risk review process; define and quantify risks during the operations phase
- Constantly monitors and reports the necessary key performances indicators. Takes proactive approach regarding all necessary actions and decisions to guarantee time, financial, quality and safety performance to maximize the allocated project(s) scope's goals achievements
- Responding effectively and professionally to all customers’ request for service and support.
- Evaluating electrical systems, products, components and applications by designing and applying knowledge of electricity and materials. Validating electrical and control systems according to the specifications.
- Team supervising

- Participating in management meeting
- Coordinating with overseas Engineering team
- Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 38 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree of Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
- More than 7 years of working experiences in Engineering / Project Manager / Service Engineer or other related functions in automotive industry
- Knowledge in painting technology and/or advanced robotics for automotive
- Technical skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio
- Good command of verbal and written English (100% use in communication at works and documents)
- Have driving license (company car provided or able to use own car)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เป็นผู้นำงานวิศวกรรมทั้งหมดของโครงการโรงงานและ / หรือการจัดการโครงการสำหรับโครงการดัดแปลง
- จัดโครงสร้างบัญชีโครงการและดำเนินการโครงการ
- พัฒนาและจัดการกำหนดการโครงการและเหตุการณ์สำคัญเพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพและตรงเวลาสำหรับการส่งมอบโครงการทั้งหมดของโครงการของลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าทีมงานโครงการเข้าใจขอบเขตของโครงการอย่างสมบูรณ์พร้อมด้วยบทบาทและความรับผิดชอบที่ระบุไว้อย่างชัดเจนโดยให้ทิศทางที่เหมาะสมและการรายงานต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทั้งหมดเช่นลูกค้าหน่วยงานภายในและฝ่ายบริหาร

- ตรวจสอบและรายงานตัวบ่งชี้ประสิทธิภาพหลักที่จำเป็นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ใช้แนวทางเชิงรุกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการและการตัดสินใจที่จำเป็นทั้งหมดเพื่อรับประกันประสิทธิภาพด้านเวลาการเงินคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยเพื่อเพิ่มความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายของขอบเขตโครงการ
- ตอบสนองต่อคำขอบริการและการสนับสนุนของลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นมืออาชีพ
- ประเมินระบบไฟฟ้าผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนประกอบและการใช้งานโดยการออกแบบและประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ด้านไฟฟ้าและวัสดุ ตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบควบคุมตามข้อกำหนด
- ดูแลทีม
- การวางแผนงบประมาณ / ต้นทุน
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรจากต่างประเทศ
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 38-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลและ / หรือไฟฟ้า
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 7 ปีในสายงานวิศวกรรม / ผู้จัดการโครงการ / วิศวกรบริการหรืองานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- มีความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีการพ่นสีและ / หรือวิทยาการหุ่นยนต์ขั้นสูงสำหรับยานยนต์
- ทักษะทางเทคนิค: AutoCAD และ Microsoft Visio
- สามารถสื่อสารด้วยวาจาและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ใช้ในการสื่อสารในงานและเอกสารได้ 100%)
- มีใบขับขี่ (รถของ บริษัท จัดให้หรือสามารถใช้รถของตัวเองได้)
