Engineering Design Assistant Manager @Rayong (60K-70K) (SDG-51627)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Design Bolts products(Steel)
- Design/draw Mold Structure drawings, as well as Tools
- Hearing requirement of client, audit, explain the design
- Receive requirements from clients and design mold.
- Arrange Molds and prepare for the production line
- Certificate Auditor IATF:16949
- Other tasks will be assigned by Japanese Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, age 40-50 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineer
- Middle-High conversation level in English (communicate with Indian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Japanese Clients)
- Have experience as Tool Design and Process Design
- Have experience as a process/ CAD design software(Auto CAD)
- Have experience Fastener product and control new model (APQP)
- At least 5 years of working experience in automotive industry (Tier 1).
- Knowledge of Quality system ISO 14001, IATF 16949
- Good understanding of engineering drawing project
- At least 5 years’ experience in Management level
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have knowledge in CNC, Machining, Forging, steel, and Metal is preferable.

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สลักเกลียว (เหล็ก)
- ออกแบบ / วาดแบบแปลนโครงสร้างแม่พิมพ์รวมถึงเครื่องมือ
- รับฟังความต้องการของลูกค้าตรวจสอบอธิบายการออกแบบ
- รับความต้องการจากลูกค้าและออกแบบแม่พิมพ์
- จัดเตรียมแม่พิมพ์และเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับสายการผลิต
- ผู้สอบบัญชีรับรอง IATF: 16949
- งานอื่น ๆ จะได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 40-50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการหรือเครื่องกล
- ระดับการสนทนาระดับกลางถึงสูงเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ (สื่อสารกับลูกค้าอินเดียมาเลเซียเวียดนามและญี่ปุ่น)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบเครื่องมือและการออกแบบกระบวนการ
- มีประสบการณ์เป็นซอฟต์แวร์ CAD / การออกแบบ (Auto CAD)
- มีประสบการณ์ผลิตภัณฑ์สปริงและควบคุมโมเดลใหม่ (APQP)
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี (ระดับ 1)
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพ ISO 14001, IATF 16949
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในโครงการเขียนแบบวิศวกรรม
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในระดับการจัดการ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- มีความรู้ด้าน CNC, Machining, Forging, Steel และ Metal เป็นอย่างดี
