Project Manager (Painting machine for Automotive) (30K–50K) (SDG-59691)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Leading all engineering tasks of plant projects and/or project management for modification projects.
- Preparation of plant or modification layouts (in cooperation with process engineer).
- Preparation of 3D models and arrangement drawings of process plant equipment.
- Responding effectively and professionally to all customers’ request for service and support.
- Evaluating electrical systems, products, components and applications by designing and applying knowledge of electricity and materials. Validating electrical and control systems according to the specifications.
- Improving the design during installation phase, and solving the technical problems.
- Installation and commissioning electrical and software portion.
- Team supervising
- Budget/Cost planning
- Participating in management meeting
- Coordinating with overseas Engineering team
- Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree of Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
- More than 4 years of working experiences in Service Engineer or other related functions in automotive industry (especially in paiting technology)
- Technical skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio
- Good command of verbal and written English (100% use in communication at works and documents)
- Have driving license (company car provided or able to use own car)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Technical skills: Microstation V8i and Solid works
- Processes of production plant engineering (preferably in automotive plants)
- 3D modelling of equipment
- Water handling process (pumps, controls and instruments etc.)
- Air handling process (fans, burners, dampers, ducting etc.)
- Piping and ducting design – sizing, routing, support design etc.
- Utility calculation (hot water generator / chiller / water treatment plants etc.)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing / installation / commissioning of equipment

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เป็นผู้นำงานวิศวกรรมทั้งหมดของโครงการโรงงานและ / หรือการจัดการโครงการสำหรับโครงการดัดแปลง
- การจัดทำแผนผังโรงงานหรือการปรับเปลี่ยน (โดยความร่วมมือกับวิศวกรกระบวนการ)
- การจัดทำแบบจำลอง 3 มิติและแบบการจัดวางอุปกรณ์ในกระบวนการผลิต
- ตอบสนองต่อคำขอบริการและการสนับสนุนของลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นมืออาชีพ
- ประเมินระบบไฟฟ้าผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนประกอบและการใช้งานโดยการออกแบบและประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ด้านไฟฟ้าและวัสดุ ตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบควบคุมตามข้อกำหนด
- ปรับปรุงการออกแบบระหว่างขั้นตอนการติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค
- การติดตั้งและการว่าจ้างส่วนไฟฟ้าและซอฟต์แวร์
- ดูแลทีม
- การวางแผนงบประมาณ / ต้นทุน
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรจากต่างประเทศ
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลและ / หรือไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Service Engineer หรืองานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์มากกว่า 4 ปี
- ทักษะทางเทคนิค: AutoCAD และ Microsoft Visio
- สามารถสื่อสารด้วยวาจาและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ใช้ในการสื่อสารในงานและเอกสารได้ 100%)
- มีใบขับขี่ (รถของ บริษัท จัดให้หรือสามารถใช้รถของตัวเองได้)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ทักษะทางเทคนิค: Microstation V8i และ Solid works
- กระบวนการทางวิศวกรรมโรงงานผลิต (โดยเฉพาะในโรงงานยานยนต์)

- กระบวนการจัดการน้ำ (ปั๊มตัวควบคุมและเครื่องมืออื่น ๆ )
- กระบวนการจัดการอากาศ (พัดลม, หัวเผา, แดมเปอร์, ท่อ ฯลฯ )
- การออกแบบท่อและท่อ - การกำหนดขนาดการกำหนดเส้นทางการออกแบบการสนับสนุน ฯลฯ
- การคำนวณยูทิลิตี้ (เครื่องทำน้ำร้อน / เครื่องทำความเย็น / โรงบำบัดน้ำ ฯลฯ )
