Engineering Manager (Automotive / Painting / Conveyor) (50K–140K) (SDG-61578)

<Job Responsibilities>
Scope of responsibility: Engineering and Technical fields in paint shop / robotics and also conveyor process in automotive production line
- Leading all engineering tasks of plant projects and/or project management for modification projects.
- Preparation of plant or modification layouts (in cooperation with process engineer).
- Preparation of 3D models and arrangement drawings of process plant equipment.
- Responding effectively and professionally to all customers’ request for service and support.
- Evaluating electrical systems, products, components and applications by designing and applying knowledge of electricity and materials. Validating electrical and control systems according to the specifications.
- Improving the design during installation phase, and solving the technical problems.
- Installation and commissioning electrical and software portion.
- Team supervising / Budget/Cost planning / Participating in management meeting / Coordinating with overseas Engineering team
- Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 38 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree of Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
- More than 5 years of working experiences in Engineering role in automotive industry
- Area of expertise: painting technology / conveyor for automotive production line
- Technical skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio
- Good command of verbal and written English (100% use in communication at works and documents)
- Have driving license (company car provided or able to use own car)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge in robot for automotive
- Technical skills: Microstation V8i and Solid works
- Processes of production plant engineering (preferably in automotive plants)
- 3D modelling of equipment
- Water handling process (pumps, controls and instruments etc.)
- Air handling process (fans, burners, dampers, ducting etc.)
- Piping and ducting design – sizing, routing, support design etc.
- Utility calculation (hot water generator / chiller / water treatment plants etc.)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing / installation / commissioning of equipment.

About the Benefits

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบ: สาขาวิศวกรรมและเทคนิคในโรงสี / หุ่นยนต์และกระบวนการลำเลียงในสายการผลิตยานยนต์
- เป็นผู้นำงานวิศวกรรมทั้งหมดของโครงการโรงงานและ/หรือการจัดการโครงการสำหรับโครงการดัดแปลง
- จัดทำแผนผังโรงงานหรือดัดแปลง (ร่วมกับวิศวกรกระบวนการผลิต)
- การเตรียมแบบจำลอง 3 มิติและแบบร่างการจัดวางอุปกรณ์ในโรงงานในกระบวนการ
- ตอบสนองคำขอบริการและการสนับสนุนของลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นมืออาชีพ
- ประเมินระบบไฟฟ้า ผลิตภัณฑ์ ส่วนประกอบ และการใช้งาน โดยการออกแบบและประยุกต์ความรู้ด้านไฟฟ้าและวัสดุ ตรวจสอบระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบควบคุมตามข้อกำหนด
- ปรับปรุงการออกแบบระหว่างขั้นตอนการติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค
- ติดตั้งและเดินระบบส่วนไฟฟ้าและซอฟต์แวร์
- กำกับดูแลทีม / งบประมาณ / วางแผนต้นทุน / เข้าร่วมการประชุมผู้บริหาร / ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรรมต่างประเทศ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย/หญิง 38 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลและ/หรือไฟฟ้า
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านวิศวกรรมในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์มากกว่า 7 ปี
- สาขาที่เชี่ยวชาญ : เทคโนโลยีการพ่นสี / สายพานลำเลียงสำหรับสายการผลิตยานยนต์
- ทักษะทางเทคนิค: AutoCAD และ Microsoft Visio
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งพูดและเขียนได้ดี (ใช้ในการสื่อสารในที่ทำงานและเอกสาร 100%)
- มีใบขับขี่ (มีรถบริษัทให้หรือใช้รถส่วนตัวได้)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ความรู้ด้านหุ่นยนต์สำหรับยานยนต์
- ทักษะทางเทคนิค: Microstation V8i และ Solidworks
- กระบวนการผลิตทางวิศวกรรมโรงงาน (โดยเฉพาะในโรงงานยานยนต์)
- การสร้างแบบจำลอง 3 มิติของอุปกรณ์
- กระบวนการจัดการน้ำ (ปั๊ม ตัวควบคุม และเครื่องมือ ฯลฯ)
- กระบวนการจัดการอากาศ (พัดลม, หัวเตา, แดมเปอร์, ท่อ ฯลฯ )
- การออกแบบท่อและท่อ - การกำหนดขนาด การกำหนดเส้นทาง การออกแบบส่วนรองรับ ฯลฯ
- การคำนวณยูทิลิตี้ (เครื่องทำน้ำร้อน / เครื่องทำความเย็น / โรงบำบัดน้ำ ฯลฯ )
- ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการผลิต / ติดตั้ง / การว่าจ้างอุปกรณ์
