Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support New model, Mold drawing, Mold repairing, Preventive Maintenance and Injection Molding process improvement.
• Have knowledge of painting process such as K1, K2
• Implements and coordinates engineering activities to facilitate manufacturing process, and ensure that all meet client requirements.
• Creates the work instruction of all products for support production
• Prepare PPAP document for production line
• Coordinate domestic and international client (Thai, Japanese, American, Indian)
• Other task might be assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relate filed
• At least 3 year experience as Engineer in any manufacturing industry
• Able to read drawing
• Advance Conversational middle level of English (Require TOEIC scores 450 up)
• Have knowledge in ITF16949, ISO14001
• Be able to use UG, NX or CATIA program
• Have experience about Mold and Plastic injection at least 1 year in any manufacturing industry
• The foreigner are welcome (Philippine is prefer)

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Saturday Working: Every other Saturday)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•สนับสนุนรูปแบบใหม่การวาดแม่พิมพ์การซ่อมแซมแม่พิมพ์การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและการปรับปรุงกระบวนการฉีดขึ้นรูป
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพ่นสีเช่น K1, K2
•ดำเนินการและประสานกิจกรรมทางวิศวกรรมเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในกระบวนการผลิตและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
•สร้างคำแนะนำในการทำงานของผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดเพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิต
•จัดทำเอกสาร PPAP สำหรับสายการผลิต
•ประสานงานลูกค้าในและต่างประเทศ (ไทยญี่ปุ่นอเมริกันอินเดียน)
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•สามารถอ่านรูปวาด
•ระดับกลางการสนทนาขั้นสูงของภาษาอังกฤษ (ต้องการคะแนน TOEIC 450 ขึ้นไป)
•มีความรู้ด้าน ITF16949, ISO14001
•สามารถใช้โปรแกรม UG, NX หรือ CATIA
•มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับแม่พิมพ์และการฉีดพลาสติกอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•ชาวต่างชาติยินดีต้อนรับ (ชาวฟิลิปปินส์เป็นที่ต้องการ)
