Electrical Equipment Engineering Assistant Manager (40K–55K) (SDG-57795)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage engineering team to develop and enhance electrical equipment (electronic control panel) in air-conditioners based on quality, cost and delivery as customer requirement, cost- reduction for SEA, India, Taiwan, etc.
- Communicate and cooperate with Global or HQ s well as internal sections for development plan confirmation and any other supportive development activities to achieved target.
- Assist to the manager to enhance section's resources such as staffs, asset and budget
- Challenge with new project assignments for improvement process, new design concept, etc.
- Other task as assigned by management

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female 35-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering or electronics-related field.
- 10 years experiences in PCB electronics design and product testing in home-appliance products
- Have supervising/management experiences
- Understand and having knowledge in Air conditioner system is essential

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences in air-conditioners manufacturing

พนักงานจัดหาไฟฟ้า (แอร์) ระดับรองผู้จัดการ
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการทีมวิศวกรเพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า (แผงควบคุมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์) ในเครื่องปรับอากาศโดยพิจารณาจากคุณภาพต้นทุนและการจัดส่งตามความต้องการของลูกค้าการลดต้นทุนสำหรับ SEA อินเดียไต้หวันและอื่น ๆ
- สื่อสารและร่วมมือกับ Global หรือ HQ ตลอดจนส่วนงานภายในเพื่อยืนยันแผนพัฒนาและกิจกรรมการพัฒนาที่สนับสนุนอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- ช่วยผู้จัดการในการปรับปรุงทรัพยากรของส่วนเช่นพนักงานทรัพย์สินและงบประมาณ
- ท้าทายกับการมอบหมายโครงการใหม่สำหรับกระบวนการปรับปรุงแนวคิดการออกแบบใหม่ ฯลฯ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- ประสบการณ์ 10 ปีในการออกแบบอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ PCB และการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ในผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องใช้ภายในบ้าน
- มีประสบการณ์การดูแล / บริหาร
- เข้าใจและมีความรู้ในระบบปรับอากาศเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตเครื่องปรับอากาศ
