Job Responsibilities
- Lead Document Control and Record Control activity work with all levels in the organization.
- To establish and maintain document control and control of quality record system.
- Control Documents of Quality system and Environmental and Safety system by receive, distribute a document and also dispose and maintain the obsolete document.
- Work to comply with written document control procedures.
- Update Master list and All Related.
- Control and Maintain Customer & Supplier PPAP documents.
- Control and Maintain Master and Limit sample.
- Advise and suggest employees about Document Control System.
- Storage and maintain records both internal and external
- Execution and maintain the quality management system (QMS) in order to achieve the company’s objective.
- Establish IATF16949 internal audit plan for process, product and system audit
- Auditor for IATF16949, ISO14001 ,ISO45001 (if any)
- Audit activities and ensuring the effectiveness of the corrective action and preventive action are closed as due.
- Accountable for conformity to quality processes and reporting to management on QMS process execution.
- Support for all parties audit Internal Audit /Customer Audit /Supplier Audit /CB Audit.
- Calibration Coordinate with External Lab and ability to manage detail following Calibration plan& Calibration Master list.
- Assist Sr. Quality management System on administrative works for Business operating system as assigned.
- Carry out special assignments by management.
ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- กิจกรรม Lead Document Control และ Record Control ทำงานร่วมกับทุกระดับในองค์กร
- เพื่อสร้างและรักษาการควบคุมเอกสารและการควบคุมระบบบันทึกคุณภาพ
- ควบคุมเอกสารระบบคุณภาพและระบบสิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย โดยการรับ แจกจ่ายเอกสาร ตลอดจนกำจัดและบำรุงรักษาเอกสารที่ล้าสมัย
- ทำงานให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนการควบคุมเอกสารที่เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
- อัปเดตรายการหลักและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
- ควบคุมและดูแลเอกสาร PPAP ของลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์
- ควบคุมและบำรุงรักษาตัวอย่าง Master และ Limit
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำพนักงานเกี่ยวกับระบบควบคุมเอกสาร
- จัดเก็บและดูแลรักษาบันทึกทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- ดำเนินการและรักษาระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ (QMS) เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท
- จัดทำแผนการตรวจสอบภายใน IATF16949 สำหรับการตรวจสอบกระบวนการ ผลิตภัณฑ์ และระบบ
- ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี IATF16949, ISO14001 ,ISO45001 (ถ้ามี)
- กิจกรรมการตรวจสอบและรับรองประสิทธิผลของการดำเนินการแก้ไขและการป้องกันจะปิดลงตามกำหนด
- รับผิดชอบในการปฏิบัติตามกระบวนการคุณภาพและรายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหารเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการตามกระบวนการ QMS
- รองรับการตรวจสอบทุกฝ่าย การตรวจสอบภายใน / การตรวจสอบลูกค้า / การตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์ / การตรวจสอบ CB
- ประสานงานการสอบเทียบกับห้องปฏิบัติการภายนอก และความสามารถในการจัดการรายละเอียดตามแผนการสอบเทียบและรายการหลักการสอบเทียบ
- Assist Sr. ระบบบริหารคุณภาพงานธุรการสำหรับระบบปฏิบัติการธุรกิจตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดำเนินการมอบหมายพิเศษจากฝ่ายบริหาร
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-33 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other field.
• At least 3 years’ experience as ISO/DCC/Quality Manufacturing in automotive industry.
• Experience in DCC knowledge/QMS of the IATF16949 system is required.
• Data collection and analysis.
• Good interpersonal skill and work well with other departments.
• Advance conversation in middle-high level of English.
• Can start work immediately would be an advantage.
• Experienced Quality system and maintain quality data is preferable
• Have IATF 16949 internal auditor Certification is preferable

• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบคุณภาพและการรักษาข้อมูลที่มีคุณภาพจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีใบรับรองผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน IATF 16949 จะดีกว่า
