Job Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of operational projects in the workplace.
- Continuous improvement and efficiencies across the company’s products, systems, operations and processes (Aluminium die casting)
- Follow safety rules. Including controlling employees to comply with safety
- Supervise 5 S. in department.
- Control and comply with the requirements of the environmental management system. ISO14001:2015 , IATF16949:2016 , ISO ;9001.
- Prepare Action plan and KPI report for the management every month.
ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- เป็นผู้นำในการดำเนินโครงการดำเนินงานในสถานประกอบการ
- การปรับปรุงและประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งผลิตภัณฑ์ ระบบ การดำเนินงาน และกระบวนการของบริษัท (การหล่อแบบอะลูมิเนียม)
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎความปลอดภัย รวมถึงควบคุมพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติตามความปลอดภัย
- กำกับดูแล 5 ส. ในแผนก
- ควบคุมและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO14001:2015 , IATF16949:2016 , ISO ;9001.
- จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการและรายงาน KPI ให้กับฝ่ายบริหารทุกเดือน
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields
• At least 5 years’ experience as production control, process in any manufacture company.
• At least 3 years’ experience as senior to SV level
• Working experience in Diecasting process.
• Has knowledge in ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016 , ISO ;9001.
• Advanced Conversation low level of English
• Must possess good problem solving and critical thinking skills is preferred
• Results oriented, timeline driven with a hands-on attitude is preferred
• Good communication skill with strong leadership is preferred
• High responsibility able to work in a team with others well is preferred
