Design Manger (Construction) (80K-85K) (SDG-37784)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Review all work for design, accuracy and complete
 Review all design layout drawings at key stages of design and development to ensure compliance with authorities and company requirements
 Prepare preliminary drawing for tender submission
 Responsibilities duties to assist General manager to coordinate and of structural engineer
 Lead with effective supervision and experience design team toward greater creativity
 Prepare design and coordination drawing for projects
 Calculate construction work
 Participate in department strategic planning
 Any other tasks assigned
 Company Car provided



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality ,Male, age 37-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree or Master Degree
 Relevant education background in structure of construction.
 At least 10 years of design experience in construction field
 Ability to in charge of design, calculation for ongoing project or complete construction project
 Fluent spoken and written in English
 Must have Architecture licence level 1

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Good communication skills and must be a team player

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
