Design Manager (Construction) (70K-100K) (SDG-39086)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage and control design of construction project
 Lead & mentor your team to keep smooth working process
 Able to give an advice about design for construction to Construction team or customer
 Review and analyzing TOR, specifications, construction drawings and contracts
 Organize the project development including coordinating with surveyors to understand existing conditions, coordinating with architectural.
 Lead design coordination with consultants and technical coordination with site team and contractors.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male, age 45-70 years old
 Bachelor degree in Civil engineer or architecture
 Have knowledge of RC design
 Good command in English language.
 Professional in MS office, MS outlook, Auto CAD, Revit, BIM etc.
 Able to work under pressure

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to speak Japanese
 Have car and driving license

Workplace Area: MRT Phetcaburi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
