<Job Responsibilities>
- Detect and analyze cyber security threats attempts according to the following categories.
• Network intrusion
• Server and/or any core organizational servers attacking.
• Malware infection
• Suspicious anomaly detection of workforce and organizational user’s behaviour and/or associating activity patterns.
- Be keen on, explore, and facilitate reporting of cyber security threats' behaviour and/or suspicious pattern observation. The candidate in this role shall directly collaborate with cyber security Protection Team, Detection Team, and Response Team.
- Advise cyber security information and resolution to service team members and clients.
- Organize overall tasks and control operational errands according to service level agreement (SLA).
- Be keenly interested on cyber security information and local/global news. Be able to analyze the cyber security incidents and trendy news in order to make such new local/global threats notifications to your peers and working squad.
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 21-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent team-oriented personality, responsibility, hardworking, perseverance, tolerance, discretion, and sense of punctuality.
- Good command in English (Speaking, writing)
- Comprehensive knowledge in Cyber Security Framework, Cyber Kill Chain or MITRE ATT&CK™
<More details>
- Comprehensive knowledge in cyber security protocols, tools, and mechanisms such as Network Security, Application Security, Data Security, Endpoint/User Security, etc.
- Be able to work for flexible working hours either shift mode or assigning schedules, but not limit to rotation slots over the holiday period (Not required to work at office).
- Relevant experience in cyber security field is an asset.
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Certifications such as GCIA, GCIH, CEH, ECSA, CySA+ or equivalent is a big plus.
- Passionate in advisory and consulting roles, communication skills, presentation skills, would be a plus.
- Experiences in SOC, cyber security analysis, incident response plan and services would be a plus.

Working Hour: 8:00-20:00 (TBC > Mon-Fri, Working as shift (Day shift:8:00-20:00, Night shift:20:00-8:00))

- ตรวจจับและวิเคราะห์ความพยายามในการคุกคามความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ตามหมวดหมู่ต่อไปนี้
• การบุกรุกเครือข่าย
• เซิร์ฟเวอร์และ/หรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์หลักในองค์กรที่โจมตี

• การตรวจพบความผิดปกติที่น่าสงสัยของแรงงานและพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้ในองค์กร และ/หรือรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่เชื่อมโยงกัน
- กระตือรือร้น, สำรวจ, และอำนวยความสะดวกในการรายงานพฤติกรรมของภัยคุกคามความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์และ/หรือการสังเกตรูปแบบที่น่าสงสัย ผู้สมัครในบทบาทนี้จะทำงานร่วมกันโดยตรงกับทีมป้องกันความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ ทีมตรวจจับ และทีมตอบสนอง
- ให้คำแนะนำข้อมูลความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์และวิธีแก้ปัญหาแก่สมาชิกในทีมและลูกค้าที่ให้บริการ
- จัดระเบียบงานโดยรวมและควบคุมการทำธุระในการปฏิบัติงานตามข้อตกลงระดับการให้บริการ (SLA)
- มีความสนใจอย่างสูงในข้อมูลความปลอดภัยในโลกไซเบอร์และข่าวท้องถิ่น/ทั่วโลก สามารถวิเคราะห์เหตุการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัยในโลกไซเบอร์และข่าวสารที่ทันสมัยเพื่อแจ้งเตือนภัยคุกคามในท้องถิ่น/ระดับโลกต่อเพื่อนร่วมงานและทีมงานของคุณ

- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน อดทน รอบคอบ ตรงต่อเวลา
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พูด, เขียน)
- ความรู้ที่ครอบคลุมใน Cyber Security Framework, Cyber Kill Chain หรือ MITER ATT&CK™

- ความรู้ที่ครอบคลุมเกี่ยวกับโปรโตคอล เครื่องมือ และกลไกการรักษาความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ เช่น Network Security, Application Security, Data Security, Endpoint/User Security เป็นต้น
- สามารถทำงานแบบยืดหยุ่นเวลาทำงานได้ทั้งแบบกะหรือแบบกำหนดตารางเวลาแต่ไม่จำกัดรอบการหมุนเวียนในช่วงวันหยุด (ไม่ต้องทำงานที่ออฟฟิศ)
- ประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในด้านความปลอดภัยในโลกไซเบอร์ถือเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
