Customer Service(Hazardous Material/Chemical) (25K–35K) (SDG-62929)
บริการลูกค้า (วัตถุอันตราย/สารเคมี)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Apply license for import to TISI and MOC(DIT) to import Hazardous Material/Chemical
- Prepare documents related apply license
- In case Inspection is required, contact to TISI and adjust the schedule via e-mai or phone and inform to customer
- Correspondences in English with domestic and overseas customers
- Share knowledge of applying license to other customer service members
- Other duties assigned by manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 30 - 38 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years working experience as customer service or sales assistant in Logistics company or trading company
- At least 5 years of experience in handling TISI and MOC(DIT) license support (Product: Hazardous Material, Battely, Chemical etc.)
- Conversational high level of English(Same level as TOEIC 650)
- Person who have ability to negotiate and understand import-export process

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have knowledge in BOI tasks
- Experience of task dealing with FDA is advantage

Workplace Area: Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, Saturday Working: 2 times/month *Every Saturday during Probation period)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ขอใบอนุญาตนำเข้า สมอ. และ มอก. (DIT) เพื่อนำเข้าวัตถุอันตราย/เคมี
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการขอใบอนุญาต
- กรณีต้องตรวจสอบ ให้ติดต่อ สมอ. และปรับเปลี่ยนกำหนดการทาง e-mai หรือ โทรศัพท์ แล้วแจ้งลูกค้า
- การโต้ตอบภาษาอังกฤษกับลูกค้าในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- แบ่งปันความรู้ในการขอใบอนุญาตกับสมาชิกฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าท่านอื่น
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 30 - 38 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านบริการลูกค้าหรือผู้ช่วยขายในบริษัทโลจิสติกส์หรือบริษัทการค้าอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการจัดการสนับสนุนใบอนุญาต มอก. และ มอก. (ผลิตภัณฑ์: วัสดุอันตราย Battely เคมี ฯลฯ )
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (ระดับเดียวกับ TOEIC 650)
- ผู้ที่มีความสามารถในการเจรจาและเข้าใจกระบวนการนำเข้า-ส่งออก

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงาน BOI
- มีประสบการณ์งานด้าน อย. จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี

พื้นที่ทำงาน: สุวรรณภูมิ กรุงเทพมหานคร,
เวลาทำงาน 8:30-17:30 น. (จันทร์-ศุกร์ เสาร์ ทำงาน 2 ครั้ง/เดือน *ทุกวันเสาร์ช่วงทดลองงาน)
