Customer Service Support (20K-35K) (SDG-38060)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Support Thai senior staff
 Confirm and check import-export regulations/customs regulations and legal *Mainly tasks are related to import
 Contact to shipper and consignee and arranging the schedule
 Handle documents relating to domestic and international sales and Import/Export with customs
 Make an appointment to customer
 Attendant for guest or customer
 Reception for guest by telephone
 Perform other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Female , age 23-28 years old
 Bachelor's degree
 Conversational level of English
 More than 1 year of working experience as import/export staff or logistics staff in logistic, trading or manufacturing industry
 Personality: Supportive, proactive

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience of import task
 Working experience in Japanese company

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
