Customer Service Supervisor @Suvarnabhumi Airport (30K-40K) (SDG-24323)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Assigns work to team members and establishes priorities
 Develops Policies and procedures
 Monitor work to insure accuracy and completeness; and insures conformance to internal policies, procedures, purchasing rules and regulations
 Resolves personnel problems; Monitors and maintains section budget; and authorizes expenditures
 Resolves supply and vendor problems
 Participates in management decision and staff supervision
 Must have an administrative decision making capacity and serve in a leadership role with the freedom to act on and implement the decisions made and must be recognized by others as having authority
 Duties ti include independently researching, compiling, developing and summarizing material for reports on a frequent or recurring basis
 Supervise with custom agents for custom clearance
 Supervise with customers on shipment status
Workplace Area: ARL Suvarnabhumi, Samutprakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefits
Salary: 30,000–40,000THB



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-35 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in Air Import in Logistic industry
 Good English skill in writing and reading (to communicate with overseas offices)
 Basic English skill in conversational
