<Job Responsibilities>
Taking care
- Oversea suppliers: Japan, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore
- Domestic clients
*Responsible country and clients will be allocated soon.
- Serves as communication link between customers, sales and factory in order to keep good customer satisfaction and enhance company’s reputation in the market.
- Take care of inquiries and complaints from client.
- Coordinate with oversea suppliers (Japan, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore) for delivery process to meet the timeline and also for troubleshooting
- Manage stock, inbound outbound, delivery status in excel file
- Receives and processes the customer orders from sales, them key PO information and other sales detail in company system
- Other customer service and sales support tasks as assigned
*Probation period: you may support partly customer service tasks to current members
*After probation may adapted to full responsibility
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 year experience as Sales coordinator, Customer service or Oversea Purchase (Import process in Electronics Industry) *Trading or Manufacturing company are welcome
- Good command of English Language (communicate with oversea suppliers, email, document tasks)
- Good MS office especially Excel is needed (Pivot, V look up)
- Coordinating skills and able to prioritize tasks
- Open minded and be ready to do assigned task

- Early join candidate
- Holding TOEIC

เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า (อิเล็กทรอนิกส์) (23K–25K) (SDG-62461)
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
การดูแล
- ซัพพลายเออร์จากต่างประเทศ: ญี่ปุ่น จีน มาเลเซีย อินโดนีเซีย สิงคโปร์
- ลูกค้าในประเทศ
*ประเทศและลูกค้าที่รับผิดชอบจะได้รับการจัดสรรในไม่ช้า
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวเชื่อมการสื่อสารระหว่างลูกค้า ฝ่ายขาย และโรงงาน เพื่อรักษาความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าให้ดีและเพิ่มชื่อเสียงของบริษัทในตลาด
- ดูแลข้อซักถามและข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศ (ญี่ปุ่น, จีน, มาเลเซีย, อินโดนีเซีย, สิงคโปร์) เพื่อดำเนินการจัดส่งให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลาและเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
- จัดการสต็อค ขาเข้า ขาออก สถานะการจัดส่งในไฟล์ excel
- รับและประมวลผลคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าจากการขาย ข้อมูล PO ที่สำคัญและรายละเอียดการขายอื่น ๆ ในระบบของบริษัท
- งานบริการลูกค้าและสนับสนุนการขายอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
*ช่วงทดลองงาน: คุณอาจสนับสนุนงานบริการลูกค้าบางส่วนให้กับสมาชิกปัจจุบัน
*หลังทดลองงานอาจปรับตามความรับผิดชอบ full

- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 23 - 28 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในตำแหน่ง Sales coordinator, Customer service or Oversea Purchase (Import process in Electronics Industry) *ยินดีต้อนรับผู้ประกอบธุรกิจการค้าหรือผู้ผลิต
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศ, อีเมล, งานเอกสาร)
- MS office ที่ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel เป็นสิ่งจำเป็น (Pivot, V look up)
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานและสามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้
- เปิดใจและพร้อมที่จะทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
