Customer Service Manager (Export) @ Ayutthaya (50K-65K) (SDG-23882)
<Job Responsibilities>
Maintain Morale, training, leading and motivating of subordinates in support of orders and overall troubleshooting of daily jobs issues.
Create and conduct of annual, quarterly monthly and weekly work plans
Determine staffing level needs; prepare cost justification analysis
Document job descriptions; set requirements for skills in each work-cell; select/train team leaders
Manage operational and resolve operational issues, and provide direct input on the strategy of division
Workplace Area: Amphur U-Thai, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Strong leadership qualities with ability to coach
