Customer Service Executive (JP/EN) (25K–70K) (SDG-104048)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น/ภาษาอังกฤษ)

<Job responsibilities>
- The MD will give a lecture on how to accurately provide menu and services.
- Servicing with dressing Kimono
- Greeting customers, explaining rooms, and working as a event staff
- Customers are people in high places（ex politician）
- Cleaning toilets and rooms
- Managing flowers in a garden
- Preparing rooms
- Learn about the concept of restaurant and the traditions of Japanese cuisine here
- Receiving calls from customers and give them good service
- Any tasks assigned by MD

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- MD จะบรรยายวิธีการจัดเตรียมเมนูและบริการที่ถูกต้อง
- บริการด้วยการแต่งชุดกิโมโน
- ต้อนรับลูกค้า อธิบายห้อง และทำงานเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่จัดงาน
- ลูกค้าคือบุคคลในระดับสูง (อดีตนักการเมือง)
- ทำความสะอาดห้องน้ำและห้องพัก
- การจัดการดอกไม้ในสวน
- จัดเตรียมห้อง
- เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวคิดของร้านอาหารและประเพณีอาหารญี่ปุ่นได้ที่นี่
- รับสายจากลูกค้าและให้บริการที่ดี
- งานใด ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก MD


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・More than bachelor's degree
・More than 1 year experience as a hotel staff
*Fresh graduates are welcomed
・More than conversation high English
・People who can pretend like an actress in order to make customers happy
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・People who can speak Chinese and Japanese will advantage

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 10:30-22:00(Working time 10.30-14.00/17.30-22.00 *Normally 8 ours working, but depends on your schedule, you can arrange the working time as shift *Saturday and Sunday can be day off as shift)
