CRM (Marketing Offiline) (25K-30K) (SDG-38433)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Plan, execute, and follow up customer retention and CRM strategies, together with monthly forecast and business reports as required
 Set up CRM data-mart, platform, and structure ensuring it works and captures all required information, key point in customer life cycle
 Study market & customer behavior through conducting internal & external survey
 Analyze customer data, life cycle, and behavior with identifying maximizing commercial opportunities
 Develop segmentation with maximizing customer life time value strategies
 Work closely with all departments to ensure CRM function work effectively
 Initiate & Implement market approach, campaign & promotion, and activities appropriately with result evaluation
 Analyze pre and post campaign analysis and recommend for improvement
 Oversee for all customer communication channels



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 27 – 35 years old
 Bachelor's Degree
 Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Marketing with Hire purchase business (Especially who has experience in car or house campaign)
 Strong background in CRM from Banking or Finance industry
 Applicable for SAS and expertise in MS-Excel
 Experience in Data-mart set up and BI report development
 Extensive experience in customer acquisition, re-engagement, retention strategies
 Good command in English (able to communicate and report meeting with Japanese)

Workplace Area: BTS Bangna, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday with 1 Saturday per month (On last Saturday)
Flexible working : 9:00 - 18:00 pm. )
