Corporate Finance Manager (70K-150K) (SDG-75488)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (cash flow, payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership
- Advise on how to meet targets and create investment capital
- Provide investment advice, tactics and recommendations
- Generating finance from shares and loans
- Negotiate and structure financial details
- Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations, including domestic financial institutions
- Manage and prepare all company disclosures, business performance reports, and any IR contents and materials in accordance with SET and SEC requirements
- Creating and presenting investment messages to the investment community, monitoring and presenting outcomes to management.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 38-48 years old
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting
- More than 10 years in total of Finance functions (from any industry)
- Working experiences in listed company (Public Company Limited)
- Basic command of verbal and written in English (mostly use in documents)
- Have subordinate
- Be able to cope with high volume of transactions
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences in Auditing/Accounting firms
- Accounting software: Pojjaman (ERP for construction industry)

Workplace Area: ARL Lad Krabang, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday (Saturday: from 8.30-15.30, flexible depends on team management))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานทางการเงินในแต่ละวันภายในบริษัท (กระแสเงินสด การจ่ายเงินเดือน การออกใบแจ้งหนี้ และธุรกรรมอื่นๆ)
- จัดทำรายงานการบริหารรายเดือนและรายไตรมาส
- มีส่วนร่วมในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงกลยุทธ์ การวิจัย และการสร้างแบบจำลองสำหรับความเป็นผู้นำระดับสูงของบริษัท
- ให้คำแนะนำวิธีการบรรลุเป้าหมายและสร้างเงินลงทุน
- ให้คำแนะนำ แนวทาง แนวทางการลงทุน
- สร้างการเงินจากหุ้นและเงินกู้
- เจรจาและจัดโครงสร้างรายละเอียดทางการเงิน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องในการทำธุรกรรมและช่วยเหลือในการเจรจารวมถึงสถาบันการเงินในประเทศ
- จัดการและจัดเตรียมการเปิดเผยข้อมูลของบริษัท รายงานผลการดำเนินธุรกิจ ตลอดจนเนื้อหาและสื่อต่างๆ ของ IR ตามข้อกำหนดของ ตลท. และ ก.ล.ต.
- การสร้างและนำเสนอข้อความการลงทุนแก่ชุมชนการลงทุน ติดตามและนำเสนอผลต่อผู้บริหาร
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 38-48 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี และ/หรือ ปริญญาโท สาขาการเงินและการบัญชี
- รวมงานด้านการเงินมากกว่า 10 ปี (จากอุตสาหกรรมใด ๆ )
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทจดทะเบียน (บริษัท มหาชน จำกัด)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐานสำหรับการพูดและเขียน (ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ในเอกสาร)
- มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- สามารถรับมือกับปริมาณธุรกรรมที่สูงได้
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์ในบริษัทตรวจสอบ/บัญชี
- โปรแกรมบัญชี : Pojjaman (ERP for Construction Industry)
