Corporate Attorney Assistant Manager (35K-55K) (SDG-50334)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Draft, prepare, and review contracts, tenders, agreements, and other legal documents both in Thai and English to meet legal and compliance requirements.
 Provide legal suggestion, opinion, and advice to departments to ensure that all operational processes are complied with laws, regulations, and compliance policies.
 Monitor and update departments and management team on new laws and regulations which have an impact on the operational processes and business direction.
 Provide Legal-related training to departments and all relevant parties when new laws and regulations announced and enforced
 Arrange the meetings of the Shareholders and the Board of Directors in order to ensure that the meetings conform to relevant laws and regulations.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
 Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Law or related disciplines
 At least 5 years of experience in corporate compliance or corporate attorney,
 At least 2 years of experience in supervisory or managerial level
 Good command of written and spoken in English
 Having good communication and interpersonal skills
 Have lawyer license

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Work experience in Finance & Banking, Corporate Governance, or Risk Management would be an advantage
