Consulting Director (IT) (150K-250K) (SDG-54651)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide solution (Management Consulting Services, Digital Transformation Technology, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Solution) to our client on critical information and technological challenges.
- Drive sales/revenue, people management including account and pipeline management.
- Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing the output produced by the team.
- Maintain good relationships with clients in order to provide consultancy services, as well as to identify business opportunities.
- Identify and address client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, managing engagements.
- Share knowledge with team members and contribute to growth and development of the organization.
- Build, manage, coach and mentor team members to develop them and help them in their career progression.
- Support partner/director business development opportunities (developing proposals and bid documents).
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related.
- At least 10 years of experience in technology consulting, management consulting from global advisory firm.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Thai.
- Be able to utilize your well-rounded skills and experience with various clients to steer your projects to a successful outcome.
- Experience in leading and coaching a team.
- Strong analytical skills, high self-motivated and able to work under pressure with changing priorities
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
- Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented
- Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Not job hopper
- Current position is Senior Consulting Manager or higher

- ให้บริการโซลูชั่น (บริการให้คำปรึกษาด้านการจัดการเทคโนโลยีการแปลงข้อมูลดิจิตอลการตลาดดิจิตอลโซลูชั่นองค์กร) ให้กับลูกค้าของเราเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลที่สำคัญและความท้าทายด้านเทคโนโลยี
- ผลักดันยอดขาย / รายได้การจัดการบุคคลรวมถึงการจัดการบัญชีและท่อส่ง
- จัดการและส่งมอบโครงการขนาดใหญ่โดยการพัฒนาทีมโครงการประเมินความเสี่ยงในการมีส่วนร่วมตลอดจนผลักดันข้อสรุปและตรวจสอบผลลัพธ์ที่ผลิตโดยทีม
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้บริการให้คำปรึกษาตลอดจนระบุโอกาสทางธุรกิจ
- ระบุและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้ามีส่วนร่วมในการอภิปรายและการประชุมของลูกค้าการจัดการการมีส่วนร่วม
- แบ่งปันความรู้กับสมาชิกในทีมและนำไปสู่การเติบโตและการพัฒนาขององค์กร
- สร้างจัดการโค้ชและสมาชิกทีมที่ปรึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาและช่วยเหลือพวกเขาในการก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ
- สนับสนุนโอกาสในการพัฒนาธุรกิจของหุ้นส่วน / ผู้อำนวยการ (การพัฒนาข้อเสนอและเอกสารการเสนอราคา)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายเพศหญิงอายุ 35-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศระบบข้อมูลธุรกิจธุรกิจวิศวกรรมคณิตศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในการให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคโนโลยีการให้คำปรึกษาด้านการจัดการจาก บริษัท ที่ปรึกษาระดับโลก
- ความสามารถในการพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย
- สามารถใช้ทักษะและประสบการณ์รอบด้านกับลูกค้าที่หลากหลายเพื่อคัดสรรโครงการของคุณไปสู่ผลลัพธ์ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นผู้นำและการโค้ชทีม
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่แข็งแกร่งมีแรงจูงใจในตนเองสูงและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันจากการเปลี่ยนลำดับความสำคัญ
- ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ยอดเยี่ยมความสามารถในการคิดนอกกรอบทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและกำหนดเวลาโครงการให้แน่น
- ไดรฟ์, ความดื้อรั้น, ลูกค้าที่มุ่งเน้นและมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์
- พิสูจน์ให้เห็นถึงความเฉียบแหลมทางธุรกิจเสียงการทำงานเป็นทีมและความเป็นผู้นำที่มีคุณภาพ
