Consignment Manager (Truck) (50K–60K) (SDG-102842)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายส่งสินค้า (รถบรรทุก)

<Job responsibilities>
- Management transportation vehicles to be efficient, ready to use at all times
- KPI report weekly and monthly
- Coordinate to solve various problems for customers when problems such as insufficient cars, increasing the number of transportation vehicles in the event that customers have more work.
- Supervise the operations of employees
- Control Truck
- Planning, making, controlling monthly and annual budgets
- Coordinate with internal and external agencies in order to make the operations go smoothly
- Control and Follow up the work according to the plan
- Training and development of personnel in collaboration with internal and external agencies
- Transport Cost P&L
- Other tasks by the general manager and Japanese manager


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- บริหารจัดการรถขนส่งให้มีประสิทธิภาพพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา
- รายงาน KPI รายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
- ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆให้กับลูกค้าเมื่อเกิดปัญหา เช่น รถไม่เพียงพอ, เพิ่มจำนวนรถขนส่งในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีงานมากขึ้น
- ดูแลการดำเนินงานของพนักงาน
- รถบรรทุกควบคุม
- วางแผนจัดทำควบคุมงบประมาณรายเดือนและรายปี
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ควบคุมและติดตามการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากรร่วมกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- ค่าขนส่ง P&L
- งานอื่นๆ โดยผู้จัดการทั่วไปและผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・More than 3-5years of operation manager related to truck
・Experience in the trucking industry and manage truck delivery
・Familiarity with truck consignment
・Ability to negotiate with consignees
・Have good negotiation skills with customers for price and condition
・Basic level of English
・Candidate can commute Nakhon Pathom area
・Having own car
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experienced of manager in Japanese company
・Have willingness to be top management

Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)

・มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมรถบรรทุกและจัดการการส่งมอบรถบรรทุก
・ความคุ้นเคยกับรถบรรทุกฝากขาย
・ความสามารถในการเจรจากับผู้รับตราส่ง
・มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีกับลูกค้าในเรื่องราคาและเงื่อนไข
・ภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน
・ผู้สมัครสามารถเดินทางในพื้นที่นครปฐมได้
・มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว

・มีประสบการณ์เป็นผู้จัดการในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
・มีความเต็มใจที่จะเป็นผู้บริหารระดับสูง
