<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible to meet commercial and quality expectations, drive innovations for assigned material groups by making sure that the material group strategy is implemented.
- Capex, Tool and Machine components procurement for the responsible material category, across MAHLE plants in Thailand. Ensure on time, on quality and on cost; Achieve Capex performance target to meet cooperation objective
- Work together with the global/regional team to develop and coordinate implementation of regional material group strategies.
- Support and execute the local implementation of global / regional master agreements and supplier panel considering local/regional characteristics.
- Identified cost saving opportunities and uncovered potential risk at an early stage to ensuring deliveries of Capex material and services at required time and optimizing material cost to achieve Capex performance target.
- Ensure compliance with corporate MAHLE Capex purchasing procedures and external ASG (approval signature guideline).
- Coach and counsel suppliers on the company procurement principles and practices to ensure proper controls are in place and to facilitate efficient and effective purchasing transactions.
- Support resolution involving supply of material or services, account payable, and supplier/site reconciliation.
- SAP maintain of vendor master, part master, and other Capex related contract management.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- At least 5 years of purchasing experience with knowledge in CapEx
- Good English skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
- Understand the cost element of the responsible category and familiar with the supply market;
- Strong MS Excel skill
- Professional negotiation and communication skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese communication skill
- Have engineering background
- Experiences as purchasing from automobile industries
- SAP knowledge, Lotus Notes

- รับผิดชอบในการตอบสนองความคาดหวังทางการค้าและคุณภาพ ขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมสำหรับกลุ่มวัสดุที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการใช้กลยุทธ์กลุ่มวัสดุ
- การจัดหา Capex เครื่องมือ และส่วนประกอบเครื่องจักรสำหรับประเภทวัสดุที่รับผิดชอบ ในโรงงานของ MAHLE ในประเทศไทย มั่นใจในเวลา คุณภาพ และต้นทุน บรรลุเป้าหมายประสิทธิภาพ Capex เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ความร่วมมือ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานระดับโลก/ระดับภูมิภาคเพื่อพัฒนาและประสานงานการดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์กลุ่มวัสดุระดับภูมิภาค
- สนับสนุนและดำเนินการตามข้อตกลงหลักระดับสากล/ระดับภูมิภาคและคณะกรรมการซัพพลายเออร์โดยพิจารณาจากลักษณะเฉพาะของท้องถิ่น/ภูมิภาค
- ระบุโอกาสในการประหยัดต้นทุนและเปิดเผยความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในระยะแรก เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบวัสดุและบริการของ Capex ในเวลาที่กำหนด และปรับต้นทุนวัสดุให้เหมาะสมเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายประสิทธิภาพของ Capex
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อของบริษัท MAHLE Capex และ ASG ภายนอก (แนวทางการลงนามอนุมัติ)
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำซัพพลายเออร์เกี่ยวกับหลักการและแนวปฏิบัติในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างของบริษัทเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการควบคุมที่เหมาะสม และเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการทำธุรกรรมการจัดซื้อที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- สนับสนุนการแก้ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดหาวัสดุหรือบริการ บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ และการกระทบยอดซัพพลายเออร์/ไซต์
- SAP ดูแลผู้ขายหลัก หลักส่วน และการจัดการสัญญาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Capex
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 28-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีความรู้ด้าน CapEx
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี (อ่าน, เขียน, ฟัง, พูด)
- ทำความเข้าใจองค์ประกอบต้นทุนของหมวดหมู่ที่รับผิดชอบและคุ้นเคยกับตลาดอุปทาน
- ทักษะ MS Excel ที่แข็งแกร่ง
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารอย่างมืออาชีพ
