Call Center Team Leader (20K-30K) (SDG-8246)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Make sure incoming calls are answered in the timely manner and customers receive the information and assistance they are seeking.
 Check the timely handling of all Emergency Roadside Service (ERS), Home Assistance and other services as per company business.
 Monitor agent contact with customers to ensure that interaction with customers is conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
 Monitor the accurate preparation and timely submission of work reports.
 Monitoring closely agents mainly under the following aspects:
 Correct call greeting
 Correct handling of all the cases in all existing handling applications
 Check the correctness of information given to customer
 Monitor the agent’s work under the aspect of existing workflows, effectiveness and productivity
 Conduct follow up calls for all cases
 Send daily reports to clients and do other reports need from department
 Monitor agent’s knowledge and detect training needs
 Update and briefing of agents of news/changes in procedures
 Support the Operations Manager, Assistance manager for special tasks assignment
 Manage, coaching and supporting to team of ACs in order to achieve KPI and performance target
 Perform other duties and special assignments as required.






<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 28-38 years
 Bachelor's Degree
 Experience in Call Center Leader/Senior 1-2 years
 Demonstrate superb customer service skills
 Stress resistant and flexible for shift-work (including day-night as well as holidays)
 Good leadership and motivational skills
 Excellent in both written and spoken English
 Conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
 Good typing skill

English: Business level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 5:30-15:30(Work in Schedule Shifts
1. 05:30 - 15:30
2. 6:00 - 16:00
3. 14:00 - 23:00
4. 23:00 - 8:00 [night shift get 100THB])
