<Job Responsibilities>
- Developing new potential renter, contact and get to know businessmen or business owners
- Negotiate a contract with a new Renter to rent space in Supermarket.
- Analyze and explore economic trends, competitors, plan long-term and medium-term work to comply with company's policies and performance goals
- Summarize information for executive reports
- Organize meetings and manage subordinates to work efficiently
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years in Contract Negotiator, Business Development (Space Rental Business)
- Have a relationship with many businessmen/ owner/ renter
- Good communication in English (dealing with foreigner owner)
- Own car with driving license

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Direct experience in Retail business
- Early join or short notice candidate

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- พัฒนาศักยภาพผู้เช่ารายใหม่, ติดต่อและทำความรู้จักกับนักธุรกิจหรือเจ้าของธุรกิจ
- เจรจาสัญญากับผู้เช่ารายใหม่เพื่อเช่าพื้นที่ในซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต
- วิเคราะห์และสำรวจแนวโน้มเศรษฐกิจ คู่แข่ง วางแผนงานระยะยาวและระยะกลางให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและเป้าหมายการดำเนินงานของบริษัท
- สรุปข้อมูลสำหรับรายงานผู้บริหาร
- จัดประชุมและจัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการเจรจาสัญญา, การพัฒนาธุรกิจ (ธุรกิจให้เช่าพื้นที่)
- มีความสัมพันธ์กับนักธุรกิจ / เจ้าของ / ผู้เช่าจำนวนมาก
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ติดต่อกับเจ้าของชาวต่างชาติ)
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว, มีใบขับขี่

- ประสบการณ์ตรงในธุรกิจค้าปลีก
- ผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมล่วงหน้าหรือแจ้งให้ทราบในระยะสั้น
