Business Analyst (Transaction Banking Area) (60K-70K) (SDG-75706)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for assigned role in projects
- Responsible to communicate with customer to gather requirements
- Work on site in case customer request to work at customer office.
- Communicate with internal and external foreigners to discuss business
- Responsible to work with KPI set by supervisor.
- Responsible to catch up software or middleware or new language skulls depend on assigned project.
- Report to project manager and head of delivery.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 26-40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer sciences, or any other related fields.
- 5 years of Business analyst in bank/leasing business
- Knowledge of transaction banking business/cash management/liquidity management/payment hub as vendor or bank minimum 5 years.
- Knowledge of SWIFT/BAHTNET network interface and scheme required.
- Strong banking business knowledge as vendor in dealing with responding clients’ needs in various complex scenarios.
- Excellent Command of both spoken and written English.

Workplace Area: Rama3 / MRT Suthisarn, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri, Currently, we are still working remotely then will start to ask to go 2 days/ Week until Back to normal might ask to go every day in the future.)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบบทบาทที่ได้รับมอบหมายในโครงการ
- รับผิดชอบในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าเพื่อรวบรวมความต้องการ
- ทำงานนอกสถานที่ กรณีลูกค้าขอเข้าทำงานที่สำนักงานลูกค้า
- สื่อสารกับชาวต่างชาติภายในและภายนอกเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจ
- มีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงานกับ KPI ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชากำหนด
- รับผิดชอบในการติดตามซอฟต์แวร์หรือมิดเดิลแวร์หรือ new language skulls ขึ้นอยู่กับโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- รายงานต่อผู้จัดการโครงการและหัวหน้าฝ่ายจัดส่ง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 26-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- 5 ปีของนักวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจในธุรกิจธนาคาร/ลีสซิ่ง
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจธุรกรรมธนาคาร/การจัดการเงินสด/การจัดการสภาพคล่อง/ศูนย์กลางการชำระเงินในฐานะผู้ขายหรือธนาคาร ขั้นต่ำ 5 ปี
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอินเทอร์เฟซเครือข่าย SWIFT/BAHTNET และ Scheme
- ความรู้ทางธุรกิจด้านการธนาคารที่แข็งแกร่งในฐานะผู้ขายในการจัดการกับความต้องการของลูกค้าในสถานการณ์ที่ซับซ้อนต่างๆ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งพูดและเขียน

สถานที่ทำงาน: พระราม3 / MRT สุทธิสาร กรุงเทพมหานคร
เวลาทำการ : 8:30-17:00 น. (จันทร์-ศุกร์ ปัจจุบันยังทำงานทางไกล เริ่มขอไป 2 วัน/สัปดาห์ จนกว่า Back to normal อาจจะขอไปทุกวันในภายหน้า)
