BOI-Logistics Senior Officer at Ayuthaya (40K–50K) (SDG-65449)
เจ้าหน้าที่่อาวุโสฝ่ายBOI
<Job Responsibilities>
(80% Import-export, 20% BOI)
- Manage and supervise the BOI-logistic team
- Submit BOI approval for import under BOI stock
- Monitor and get confirmed incoming report from shipping agent for daily import shipment and export ship arrangement
- Coordinate with concerned parties if there is an unexpected problem of import/export shipment such as shipment delay, damaged cargo during transportation
- Review, control and manage import/export document keeping properly in term of reference and customs audit.
- Report to Japanese management for the progress or any issues
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of working experiences in BOI-logistics function
- Have working experiences from manufacturing company
- Good command in English
- Good team management and leadership skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- From electronics parts manufacturing companies
- From Japanese company

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday, 2 Saturday per months)

BOI-Logistics Senior Officer ที่ อยุธยา (40K–50K) (SDG-65449)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
(80% นำเข้า-ส่งออก 20% BOI)
- บริหารจัดการและดูแลทีมงาน BOI-logistic
- ส่งการอนุมัติ BOI สำหรับการนำเข้าภายใต้สต็อค BOI
- ตรวจสอบและยืนยันรายงานขาเข้าจากตัวแทนจัดส่งสำหรับการนำเข้าและการจัดการเรือส่งออกทุกวัน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องหากมีปัญหาไม่คาดคิดของการนำเข้า/ส่งออกของการจัดส่ง เช่น การจัดส่งล่าช้า สินค้าเสียหายระหว่างการขนส่ง
- ตรวจทาน ควบคุม และจัดการเอกสารนำเข้า/ส่งออกที่เก็บรักษาอย่างเหมาะสมในแง่ของการอ้างอิงและการตรวจสอบศุลกากร
- รายงานความคืบหน้าหรือปัญหาใด ๆ ต่อผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 35 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน BOI-logistics อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานจากบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- การบริหารทีมที่ดีและทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
