BOI Logistic Senior Staff or Supervisor (18K–38K) (SDG-63242)
เจ้าหน้าที่ BOI ระดับอาวุโสหรือระดับหัวหน้า
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Warehouse and local delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for daily operation incoming, outgoing.
- Stock control & stock count activities at warehouse.
- Control DMC for sell scrap.
- Coordinate with concerned parties for smooth local delivery process.
- Review daily transportation arrangement.
- Process issue P/O to order warehouse material.
- Visit warehouse to recheck cargo and operation.
2. BOI & IC
- Coordinate with customer for report V or blue corner return.
- Issue cut balance stock application which submit to Investor Club by weekly.
- Issue monthly sales quantity report to customer to confirm balance quantity.
- Review and control maximum stock balance every month.
- Issue BOI application of NG cargo return to oversea vendor .
- Issue BOI privilege extension every year.
- Issue or adjust BOI formula and maximum stock.
- Handle import tax payment / tax refund
- Provide and inform BOI knowledge and updated information to member to
- prevent unexpected problem may occur.
- Visit customers with Sales when Sales/customers need support about BOI.
3 Other
- Summarize monthly report
- Filing and record reference document.
- Support assigned task from Manager.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Working experiences in BOI logistics at least 3 years (for senior level) or 6 years (for supervisor level) from trading, manufacturing or logistics-warehouse company
- Strong knowledge in BOI, IC
- Conversational level in English (for communication with overseas)
- Good time management, good coordination skill, detail-oriented, can work under pressure

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Can join immediately
- Working experience or studying experience in Japan(understand Japanese culture, working style)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
1. โกดังและจัดส่งในพื้นที่
- ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่คลังสินค้าเพื่อเข้า-ออก ประจำวัน
- กิจกรรมควบคุมสต๊อกและนับสต็อคที่คลังสินค้า
- ควบคุม DMC เพื่อขายเศษเหล็ก
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้กระบวนการจัดส่งในพื้นที่เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ตรวจสอบการจัดเตรียมการขนส่งรายวัน
- ดำเนินการออก P/O เพื่อสั่งวัสดุคลังสินค้า
- เยี่ยมชมคลังสินค้าเพื่อตรวจสอบสินค้าและการดำเนินงานอีกครั้ง
2. BOI & IC
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อรายงานตัว V หรือมุมฟ้ากลับ
- ออกใบสมัครตัดยอดหุ้นที่ส่งให้ Investor Club ทุกสัปดาห์
- ออกรายงานปริมาณการขายรายเดือนให้กับลูกค้าเพื่อยืนยันยอดคงเหลือ
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมยอดคงคลังสูงสุดทุกเดือน
- ออกคำขอ BOI ในการคืนสินค้า NG ให้กับผู้ขายในต่างประเทศ
- ออกการขยายสิทธิ์ BOI ทุกปี
- ออกหรือปรับสูตร BOI และสต๊อกสูงสุด
- จัดการชำระภาษีนำเข้า / ขอคืนภาษี
- ให้และแจ้งความรู้ BOI และอัพเดทข้อมูลให้สมาชิก
- ป้องกันปัญหาที่ไม่คาดคิดที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
- เยี่ยมลูกค้าด้วยฝ่ายขายเมื่อฝ่ายขาย/ลูกค้าต้องการการสนับสนุนเกี่ยวกับ BOI
3 อื่นๆ
- สรุปรายงานประจำเดือน
- ยื่นและบันทึกเอกสารอ้างอิง
- รองรับงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 25 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน BOI Logistics อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (สำหรับระดับอาวุโส) หรือ 6 ปี (สำหรับระดับ Supervisor) จากบริษัทการค้า การผลิต หรือบริษัทโลจิสติกส์-คลังสินค้า
- มีความรู้ด้าน BOI, IC . เป็นอย่างดี
- ระดับการสนทนาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ (สำหรับการสื่อสารกับต่างประเทศ)
- บริหารเวลาได้ดี มีทักษะในการประสานงานที่ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
