AWS Technical Support (JP/Fresh graduate welcome) (30K–50K) (SDG-103065)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุนทางเทคนิค AWS (ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่/ภาษาญี่ปุ่น)

<Job responsibilities>
- Technical support for clients (Thai and Japanese client) who are Using AWS cloud service by e-mail (in Thai or Japanese)
- Coordinate with Technical support member in Japan in Japanese (communicate by chat system)
- Write a Technical blog related to AWS cloud service (in Thai)
- Always catch up with the latest information and update related AWS
- Other tasks assigned by manager
*** If you don't have AWS certificate, you have to study and get "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner"(the easiest level of AWS certificate) during the probation period

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคสำหรับลูกค้า (ลูกค้าชาวไทยและญี่ปุ่น) ที่ใช้บริการ AWS Cloud ทางอีเมล (ภาษาไทยหรือภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
- ประสานงานกับสมาชิกฝ่ายสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคในประเทศญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น (สื่อสารผ่านระบบแชท)
- เขียนบล็อกด้านเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการ AWS cloud (ภาษาไทย)
- ติดตามข้อมูลล่าสุดและอัปเดต AWS ที่เกี่ยวข้องอยู่เสมอ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
*** หากไม่มี AWS Certificate จะต้องศึกษาและรับ "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner"(ระดับ AWS ที่ง่ายที่สุด) ในช่วงทดลองงาน


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Bachelor's degree in computer science/ computer engineer
・Have working experience as IT engineer field (Network engineer, Server engineer, Cloud engineer, Programming SQL or back-end system)
**Fresh graduates are welcomed
・Conversational High level of Japanese (N3 up is preferable)
・Conversational level of English (to understand AWS)
・Good communication skill and reporting skill to take care customer
・Have motivation to keep studying new technology
・Personality: strong sense of responsibility, serious, patient, cooperative
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have AWS certificate

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)

**ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
・ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสูง (N3 ขึ้นไป)
・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนา (เพื่อทำความเข้าใจ AWS)
・ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและทักษะการรายงานเพื่อดูแลลูกค้า
・มีแรงจูงใจที่จะศึกษาเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ ต่อไป
・บุคลิกภาพ: มีความรับผิดชอบสูง จริงจัง อดทน ให้ความร่วมมือ
