AVP Procurement (180K-300K) (SDG-29381)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for 3 factories: 1 domestics and 2 overseas.
Manage a huge amount of budget.
Design procurement strategies to execute plan and action focusing on Procurement solution delivery in order to serve the business growth.
Providing specialist advice, guidance and service on procurement and overall supply chain.
Implement procurement strategy for direct and indirect materials & services for functions in line with the purchasing strategy.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure delivery of products/services with the best prices and on time.
Manage all procurement, sourcing, purchasing and related process.
Analyze spending to determine potential opportunities regarding cost optimization.
Activating search for alternative sources and solutions of supply and delivery.
Sourcing new suppliers, vendors and contractors both locally & overseas.
Providing assistance and guidance in relation to Procurement management to all stakeholders as required.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40-50 years old
Bachelor degree
Knowledge in chemical product is a must
Experience in Petrochemical industry is required
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Science, or related field.
