<Job Responsibilities>
- Monitor the application and system to prevent malfunctions
- Respond to users' requirement and incidents to ensure the smooth operation in accordance of Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Conduct testing program to respond to requirement efficiently
- Prepare report and manual to managers
- Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3++ year of experiences in Automated Tester (any industry)
- Able to use both automate testing tools
- Able to design and implement automated testing system
- Basic command in English
<Preferable skill/experience>
- Experience of dealing with Government or Banking

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri [Sat: None], Flexible hours from 9.00-18.00)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ตรวจสอบแอพพลิเคชั่นและระบบเพื่อป้องกันการทำงานผิดพลาด
- ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการและเหตุการณ์ของผู้ใช้เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นตามข้อตกลงระดับการให้บริการ (SLA)
- จัดทำโปรแกรมการทดสอบเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานและคู่มือให้ผู้จัดการ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 3++ ปีใน Automated Tester (อุตสาหกรรมใดก็ได้)
- สามารถใช้ทั้งเครื่องมือทดสอบอัตโนมัติ
- สามารถออกแบบและใช้งานระบบทดสอบอัตโนมัติได้
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน
<ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรการหรือธนาคาร
