Assistant Service Division Manager (40K–65K) (SDG-65160)
รองผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริการหลังการขาย
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support to manager to supervise subordinates
- Strategy planning and implementation to increase sales revenue and market share in the after-sales market and spare parts sales
- Market research and market analysis in the after-sales market
- Approaching to potential customers to increase sales revenue in the after-sales market
- Business development for new client and increase sales amount from existing clients
- Other task as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 year working experiences as B-to-B sales or technical sales selling machine or machine parts
- Good knowledge and understanding in after sales market concepts
- Experiences in strategic planning and strategic implementation
- Good command in English (for communicating with top management)
- Strong leadership skill and team management
- Own car and be able to use car for work

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge or experiences in cooling machine, compressor
- Engineering education background

English: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk ,Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday to Friday)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- สนับสนุนให้ผู้จัดการดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- การวางแผนกลยุทธ์และการดำเนินการเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้จากการขายและส่วนแบ่งการตลาดในตลาดหลังการขายและการขายอะไหล่
- การวิจัยตลาดและการวิเคราะห์ตลาดในตลาดหลังการขาย
- เข้าหาผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้จากการขายในตลาดหลังการขาย
- พัฒนาธุรกิจสำหรับลูกค้าใหม่และเพิ่มยอดขายจากลูกค้าเดิม
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 35 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในด้านการขาย B-to-B หรือการขายด้านเทคนิค เครื่องจักรหรือชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในแนวคิดตลาดหลังการขายเป็นอย่างดี
- ประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์และการดำเนินการเชิงกลยุทธ์
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้บริหารระดับสูง)
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่งและการจัดการทีม
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและสามารถใช้รถในการทำงานได้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องทำความเย็น คอมเพรสเซอร์
- วุฒิการศึกษาด้านวิศวกรรม
