Assistant QA Manager (Food industry) at Trat (35K–38K) (SDG-63700)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible for ensuring that food products meet standards set by both their companies and regulatory authorities
- Develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors
- Train quality assurance employees and oversee manufacturing and production processes
- Inspect facilities for compliance with standards, determining methods to resolve any issues that arise
- Prepare guidelines of internal and external audit to relevant departments
- Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- More than 5 years of working experiences in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Scheme (QS) in Food industry
- Knowledge and applicability in GMP, ISO, and/or HACCP
- Good command of written in English (to use mainly in documents/reports)
- Willing to work in Trad manufacturing

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดโดยทั้งบริษัทและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล
- พัฒนาและทบทวนนโยบายคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยและจัดการการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ตรวจสอบบุคคลที่สาม
- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานประกันคุณภาพและดูแลกระบวนการผลิตและการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานกำหนดวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น
- จัดทำแนวทางการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอกให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 30 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านประกันคุณภาพ (QA) หรือ Quality Scheme (QS) ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารมากกว่า 5 ปี
- ความรู้และการบังคับใช้ GMP, ISO และ/หรือ HACCP
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อใช้ในเอกสาร/รายงานเป็นหลัก)
