Assistant Manager of Customer Service and Sales Assistant (50K–70K) (SDG-116819) <Job responsibilities> - Managing forwarding operation of Export and import as Sales functions of freight forwarder (Ocean shipping, customs clearance, inland transportation). - Manage and control customer service for the Bangkok office's import and export team. - Making quotations for current customers and inquiries from overseas group companies. - Increase Sales profits, Solving problems related to Responsible business with customers, shipping line and agents, etc. - Improving customer satisfaction with the company’s service performance. - Preparing and presenting proposals to both prospective and current customers. - Provide weekly and monthly sales reports of forecast and actual management to bosses. - Managing all Sales processes with a growing target each year. - Assist in communicating with each Department in English - Others Work assigned by the manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 10 years of experience in the Forwarder business of sea import and export - At least 5 years of experience in management - Experience in Taking care of document tasks by yourself - Conversational high level in English (communicate with report line, make reports, and communicate with clients) - Good PC skills in MS office - Good interpersonal skills - Able to Work under pressure and with flexible hours. - Self-motivated, independent, and Responsible - Positive attitude and service-minded person Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Monday - Friday, Saturday Working: 2 Saturdays per month ( 3 hours and 30 minutes)) About the Benefits 50,000–70,000THB About the company Product & Service: Sea freight export/import process Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing;
