Assistant Manager, Administrative & Clerical Support - New Set up (30K-40K) (SDG-24490)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative duties of company's senior executives and other personnel to secure operational excellence.
 Provide administrative support to day-to-day operations
 Order office supplies and check stock to maintain sufficient inventory
 Ensure all office equipment is working and properly maintained
 Develop and maintain a filing system
 Filing business documents
 Maintain contact lists
 Provides hotel and travel logistical support for company’s senior executives and other personnel, and is responsible for negotiating the best deals where possible for the business.
 Interact with the in-field team on a daily basis and supports all their activities and logistical needs.
 Support company’s senior executives and other personnel to facilitate, create, process and track contracts e.g. work orders and purchase orders.
 Process invoices for payment
 Submit and reconcile expense reports
 Provide general support to visitors
 Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients to organize and schedule meetings and appointments



Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-40 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 Proven admin or assistance experience of 5 years or more
 Attention to detail and problem solving skills
 Business level of English
 Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
 Team player
 Great interpersonal and communication skills
 Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
 Working experience in MNC Company

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Business level of Japanese
 Working experience in Japanese company
 Working experience in Setting-up company
