Assistant HR Manager @Samutprakarn (60K-62K) (SDG-29396)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for payroll (pay 1 time/month) using Prosoft
 Full management of recruitment process for all positions especially worker level
 Updates and revisions of the company's compensation program
 Developing and maintaining the company's performance evaluation program
 Proceed visa and work permit issuing and extension



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 30-38 years old
 Bachelor degree in BA. Or any related field
 7 years experiences in HR function in the factory
 Have experience using payroll software program
 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice
 English: Conversational level

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 None
