Assistant Factory Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives in the factory and lead execution
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Analyze data to look at trends and find problems in the factory
- Optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure that company policies are followed and create new policies and processes
- Design and on-going streamline production workflows. Optimize costs in manufacturing
- Manage production team to continuously improve manufacturing process through the introduction of appropriate process controls.
- Manage and control on site management as well as new / modify project management.
- Manage and control the quality assurance to ensure meeting subscribed standards and customer / legal requirements.
- Factory operation and document preparation based on IATF16949
- Document preparation based on IATF16949
- Establishes and ensures achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) while ensuring continuous improvement for all areas.
- Mentor and develop personnel within the department.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products.
- Manage all activities within the production process, Quality control, including maintenance and the workforce.
- Coordinate overseas customers (mainly Indian clients)
- Holding meetings with customers and audit
- Other tasks as assigned.

- จัดการและควบคุมการจัดการไซต์รวมถึงการจัดการโครงการใหม่ / แก้ไข
- จัดการและควบคุมการประกันคุณภาพเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่สมัครและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า / กฎหมาย
- ดำเนินงานโรงงานและการเตรียมเอกสารตามมาตรฐาน IATF16949
- จัดทำเอกสารตาม IATF16949
- กำหนดและรับประกันความสำเร็จของตัวบ่งชี้ประสิทธิภาพหลัก (KPI) ทั้งหมด ในขณะเดียวกันก็รับประกันการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องในทุกด้าน

- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-47 years
• Female, Male
• Bachelor’s in business administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related fields
• Knowledge or Experience of working with IATF16949 operation or working as an engineer in a company with IATF16949 system
• At least 5 years of experience in plant management from automotive industries.
• Background from QA, QMS in Automotive industry
• Conversational mid to high-level English
