Assistant Accounting Manager (30K–38K) (SDG-58052)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการด้านบัญชี
<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as budget performance,
- Doing payroll process for the employee in Vietnam and Thailand
- Analyze accounting records account payable and account receivable.
- Examine monthly closing also yearly closing before sent to outsourcing
- Checking voucher in daily and record in Excel
- Coordinate with frieght forwarder
- Responsible in Admin tasks such as quotation, PO, etc.
- Coordinate with outsourcing consult to helping the company set up the accounting system
- Other tasks assign by manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of accounting experience.
- Good command in English is a must
- Good in computer skills (Excel)
- Knowledge in taxation PND50, PND51, PND53,
- Detail-oriented person and be able to perform multitasking tasks

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- knowledge in import and export
- Experience working in Japanese company and familiar with Japanese culture

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ช่วยในการจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินเช่นผลการดำเนินงานด้านงบประมาณ
- ทำกระบวนการจ่ายเงินเดือนให้กับพนักงานในเวียดนามและไทย
- วิเคราะห์บันทึกบัญชีบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และบัญชีลูกหนี้
- ตรวจสอบการปิดรายเดือนและปิดรายปีก่อนที่จะส่งไปยังบุคคลภายนอก
- ตรวจสอบใบสำคัญในชีวิตประจำวันและบันทึกใน Excel
- ประสานงานกับผู้ส่งต่อที่มีความชำนาญ
- รับผิดชอบงานธุรการเช่นใบเสนอราคา PO ฯลฯ
- ประสานงานกับ outsourcing ปรึกษาเพื่อช่วย บริษัท วางระบบบัญชี
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 35-45 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชีหรือการเงิน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี 5 ปี
- ต้องสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Excel) ได้ดี
- ความรู้ด้านภาษีอากร ภ.ง.ด. 50 ภ.ง.ด. 51 ภ.ง.ด. 53
- เป็นคนที่เน้นรายละเอียดและสามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ความรู้ด้านการนำเข้าและส่งออก
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่นและคุ้นเคยกับวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่น
