<Job Responsibilities>
- Search for new clients who might benefit from company's products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
- Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records
- Meet regular sales target and coordinate sales projects
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences >
- Thai nationality, Male, 24-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2++ years of experience in Area Sales
- Knowledge in automotive and/or manufacturing industries (heating machine or related products)
- Working area in upcountry area (assigned by Manager)
- Have own car and driving license
- Good command of verbal and written English (to mainly use in documents and use to communicate with foreign Managers)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering especially in Industrial Engineer

Japanese: None

Workplace Area: Area Sales of Samut Sakorn, Ratchaburi, Petchaburi, Nakorn Pathom and etc.
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri [Every Saturday during probation, and Every other Saturdays (after probation)], work at home, come to Bangkok office once in a month)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ค้นหาลูกค้าใหม่ที่อาจได้รับประโยชน์จากผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการของบริษัท และเพิ่มศักยภาพลูกค้าในภูมิภาคที่กำหนด
- พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้า ผ่านการจัดการและตีความความต้องการของพวกเขา
- โน้มน้าวลูกค้าว่าผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการตอบสนองความต้องการได้ดีที่สุดทั้งในด้านคุณภาพ ราคา และการจัดส่ง
- เจรจาประกวดราคาและทำสัญญาข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าและบริษัท
- ทำงานเกี่ยวกับบริการสนับสนุนหลังการขายและให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคตามความจำเป็น
- จัดทำรายงานสำหรับสำนักงานใหญ่และเก็บบันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้า
- บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายปกติและประสานงานโครงการขาย
- ทำการนำเสนอทางเทคนิคและสาธิตวิธีการที่ผลิตภัณฑ์ตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 24-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 2++ ปีในด้าน Area Sales
- ความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และ/หรืออุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (เครื่องทำความร้อนหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- พื้นที่ทำงานในเขตต่างจังหวัด (ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ)
- มีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเองและมีใบขับขี่
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อใช้ในเอกสารเป็นหลักและใช้เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการต่างประเทศ)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรม โดยเฉพาะสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ

ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา
ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี

พื้นที่ทำงาน : พื้นที่ขายของสมุทรสาคร ราชบุรี เพชรบุรี นครปฐม และอื่นๆ
เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น. (จันทร์-ศุกร์ [ทุกวันเสาร์ช่วงทดลองงาน และทุกวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ (หลังทดลองงาน)] ทำงานที่บ้าน มาที่สำนักงานกรุงเทพฯ เดือนละครั้ง)
