AR Assist Manager (30K-40K) (SDG-8478)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
 Supervise team member of Collection concerning Company’s accounting procedures policies and tax compliance.
 Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, coordinating contact with collections department
 Review and calculates AR Provision and prepare manual journal entries
 Prepare month-end and analysis of closing reporting, and account reconciliation.
 Coordinate with company auditors, and other government related to accounting and tax matters.
 Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing of AR, GL
 Other assignments as required by Management


Workplace Area: MRT Phahonyothin, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon - Fri)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 30-40 years
 Bachelor Degree in Accounting
 Minimum 3 years experiences in General Accounting, Tax and month-end closing at manager level.
 Strong skills in using MS Excel, VLookup and other related program.
 Experience working with ERP Accounting software
 Good command of written and spoken English [Report/Presentation]
 Strong problem solving skills
 Attention to detail and able work well under pressure to required deadlines
 Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal
 Able to work under pressure and high level of self-motivation & adaptability. Proactive, positive and can do attitude.

 Having experience in Leasing business
