<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for the end to end After Sales operation of the Construction Equipment’s Division
 Manage day-to-day activities of After Sales operation
 Provide technical Service / Technical Training /Technical Advices to Dealer/ user
 Develop after Sales Department operating plan that supports the divisional and corporate strategies and business plan
 Effectively manage the After Sales plan through to completion targets and standards
 Manage work-flow and scheduling to achieve the customer satisfaction
 Trains, motivates and advises after-sales Engineers and ensures that they are productive
 Maintain knowledge of current industry trends



Workplace Area: Lat krabang
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 32-40 years old
 Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineer or related field
 3 years’ experience in After Sales in Construction Equipment, Machinery, Automotive
 Having customer service attitude, sense of responsibility and self-motivator
 Good in communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
 Good command of English and Computer literacy
 Able to travel to upcountry
