Administrator Executive / Sales Administrator (25K-36K) (SDG-74230)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Communicate to Master Dealers, Customers as support of sales team to enable smooth product supply which following to the orders collected by Sales side.
- To be able to learn about basis of domestic delivery and import works to keep understanding of products, services, and recent change on trading incoterms.
- Consolidate of monthly sales activity report and related documentations.
- Dealing with F&A and maintain good relationship with them.
- Other sales or admin tasks as assign to support team.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or similar study background is recommended. At least 2-3 years of working experience preferable to complete all task smoothly.
- Require for good communication & writing skills in English & Thai (Native). English shall be used mainly for conversation of import jobs.
- Good command in computer literacy, such as prepare documents on Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Points are mandatory.
- Knowing Trading mindset, Understanding of latest Incoterms regulations, Import and Export operation works, especially handling experience of L/C and FORM-E are highly recommended to complete task of import works.
- Cooperative mind to work as one-whole team, and flexible attitude to everyday brush-up her/his own skill are required

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Cooperative of daily operation enhancement and made success to reduce time/cost
- Tried new challenges of difficult in Trading firm, Import, Export works to match with customer’s irregular needs

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- สื่อสารกับ Master Dealers ลูกค้าเพื่อสนับสนุนทีมขายเพื่อให้การจัดหาผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นซึ่งเป็นไปตามคำสั่งซื้อที่ฝ่ายขายรวบรวม
- เพื่อให้สามารถเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับพื้นฐานการจัดส่งภายในประเทศและงานนำเข้าเพื่อให้เข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงล่าสุดในการซื้อขาย incoterms
- รวมรายงานกิจกรรมการขายประจำเดือนและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดการกับ F&A และรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับพวกเขา
- งานขายหรือธุรการอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้สนับสนุนทีม

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือวุฒิการศึกษาที่ใกล้เคียงกัน มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ต้องการทักษะการสื่อสารและการเขียนที่ดีในภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย (เจ้าของภาษา) จะใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นหลักในการสนทนาเกี่ยวกับงานนำเข้า
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี เช่น เตรียมเอกสารใน Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Points
- รู้จักกรอบความคิดในการซื้อขาย เข้าใจกฎข้อบังคับ Incoterms ล่าสุด งานนำเข้าและส่งออก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งประสบการณ์ในการจัดการ L/C และ FORM-E ซึ่แนะนำให้ทำงานนำเข้าให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์
- มีใจร่วมมือในการทำงานเป็นทีมเดียว และต้องมีทัศนคติที่ยืดหยุ่นในการขัดเกลาทักษะของตนเองในทุกๆวัน

- ให้ความร่วมมือในการปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานประจำวันและทำให้สำเร็จเพื่อลดเวลา/ต้นทุน
- ทดลองความท้าทายใหม่ๆ ที่ยากในบริษัทการค้า นำเข้า ส่งออก ให้ตรงกับความต้องการที่ไม่ปกติของลูกค้า
