Administration & Sales Support (17K) (SDG-37241)
<Job Responsibilities>
Work in the administration side of the business. Their job includes handling correspondence, reviewing and distributing sales related documents, including, issuing purchase order, delivery order, stock report, issuing tax invoices, account books keeping, sale and purchase contract
Co-ordinate with warehouse for stock in and out
Co-ordinate with supplier relating to sale and delivery of products, including freight forwarder, shipping, transportation and etc.
Register customer code, input financial data and rating system for approval of customer credit
Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 22-25 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Passionate to work with Trading and/or Logistics company
Good computer skill in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, outlook)
Have a pleasant personality and have an ability to work well with people, and problem-solving skills are highly valued
Be goal-oriented and persuasive, and work well both independently and as part of a team
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
TOEIC around 500 above
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
