ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการทั่วไปฝ่ายธุรการ

<Job responsibilities>
- Approval and scrutiny of documents applied for by the Human Resources manager and the accounting manager
- Management of subordinates(HR manager and accounting manager)
- Reporting to Japanese management on HR and accounting matters
- Provide financial results, analysis, and information to management and headquarters
- Lead the organization to Maintain effective administrative and ensure compliance with regulation requirements
- Manage regular maintenance and replacement of factory equipment (e.g., maintenance of air conditioners in the factory)
- Other tasks as assigned by Thai GM

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- การอนุมัติและตรวจสอบเอกสารที่ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีสมัครขอ
- การจัดการทีม (ผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี)
- รายงานต่อผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นในเรื่องทรัพยากรบุคคลและการบัญชี
- จัดทำผลลัพธ์ทางการเงิน การวิเคราะห์ และข้อมูลแก่ฝ่ายบริหารและสำนักงานใหญ่
- นำองค์กรเพื่อรักษาการบริหารงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพและรับรองการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านกฎระเบียบ
- บริหารจัดการการบำรุงรักษาและเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์โรงงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ (เช่น การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องปรับอากาศในโรงงาน)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก Thai GM


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experience managing managerial-level subordinates in an admin Department
- knowledge of Thai labor law and accounting
- Experience in Reporting to Japanese management and Japanese headquarters about overall admin
- Conversational middle‐high level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational level of Japanese

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง-สูง
