Job Detail

<Jop description>
- Contact to Bank – Coordinate with banks for daily transactions, fund transfers, and financial services.
- Follow Audit – Support internal and external audits by preparing documents and responding to queries.
- SAP B-One Issue – Identify and resolve system errors or issues within SAP Business One.
-Submit Each Tax – Prepare and file all relevant tax forms on time in compliance with local laws.
- Input Some Data in SAP – Enter accounting and financial data accurately into the SAP system.
- Bplus Payroll System (PND1, PND91) – Process payroll and submit tax forms using Bplus software.
-Estimate Cash Flow – Forecast and monitor company cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Check and Sign for Billing to AR – Review and approve customer invoices before issuing.
- Check and Approve Payment – Verify and authorize payments in line with financial procedures.
- Petty Cash Control – Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions and balances regularly.
Close Financial Statement Every Month – Perform monthly closing of financial statements and ensure accuracy.
Consolidate for Head office – Prepare and consolidate financial reports for submission to the head office.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- At least 10 years in accounting fields
- At least 5years in Manager position
- Have experience SAP B-one (Must)
- Close Financial Statement Every Month
- Must have CPD license
- Conversation high level in English use with Japanese HQ

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Work experiences in Japanese Trading company
- understanding of taxation
- Conversation high level in Japanese
