Accounting Assistant Manager@ Saraburi (45K–55K) (SDG-60767)
รองผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and control cash flow (petty cash, Payment voucher, etc.)
- Review actual sales of each month and do report
- Review monthly expense of the company before monthly financial closing.
- Support Internal audit and financial closing .
- Compare monthly actual P/L (profit&lost) and forecast to management.
- Review product cost analysis for efficiency in cost control.
- Establish inventory control by creating inventory taking activity to review inventory control
- Establish fixed asset control by creating fixed asset taking activity to review internal control
- Review accounting report and details which concerned to assets, liability, shareholder and other accounts in GL (general ledger).
- support and corporate with tax consulting firms for some cases that the company required to prevent tax issue
- Performs related work as required.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 35 - 42 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree of accounting with CPD license
- At least 10 years experiences as accountant with experiences working in manufacturing company
- Good command in English (for internal communication/documentation)
- Be able to use ACCPAC accounting software
- Computer literacy: MS excel, PPT, MS word

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Management experiences
- Working experience in Japanese company

Workplace Area: Amphur Nong-Khae, Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday (some Saturday))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการและควบคุมกระแสเงินสด (เงินสดย่อยใบสำคัญจ่าย ฯลฯ )
- ตรวจสอบยอดขายจริงของแต่ละเดือนและทำรายงาน
- ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือนของ บริษัท ก่อนปิดบัญชีรายเดือน
- รองรับการตรวจสอบภายในและการปิดการเงิน
- เปรียบเทียบ P / L จริงรายเดือน (กำไร & ขาดทุน) และคาดการณ์กับผู้บริหาร
- ทบทวนการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อประสิทธิภาพในการควบคุมต้นทุน
- สร้างการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังโดยการสร้างกิจกรรมการรับสินค้าคงคลังเพื่อตรวจสอบการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง
- สร้างการควบคุมสินทรัพย์ถาวรโดยสร้างกิจกรรมการรับสินทรัพย์ถาวรเพื่อทบทวนการควบคุมภายใน
- ตรวจสอบรายงานการบัญชีและรายละเอียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินทรัพย์หนี้สินผู้ถือหุ้นและบัญชีอื่น ๆ ใน GL (บัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป)
- การสนับสนุนและนิติบุคคลกับ บริษัท ที่ปรึกษาด้านภาษีสำหรับบางกรณีที่ บริษัท ต้องการเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาภาษี
- ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามความต้องการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35 - 42 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีบัญชีพร้อมใบอนุญาต CPD
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีในตำแหน่งนักบัญชีและมีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิต
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สำหรับการสื่อสารภายใน / เอกสารประกอบ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี ACCPAC
- ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์: MS excel, PPT, MS word

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ประสบการณ์การบริหาร
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
