Accounting Assistant Manager / Manager (Nonlife insurance) (60K-130K) (SDG-80322)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and handle tasks which related to IFRS 17 and improve operation standards for it
- Input required data in the internal system for IFRS 17 and send it to parent company
- Attend to meeting with parent company to report and discuss about policy and regulations (have to communicate with English-speaking employees)
- Make Policy Paper to make regulations with certified public accountant and parent company
- Analyze differences between submitted data and actual data from balance sheet
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information related to IFRS 17
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- More than 2 years of working experience as accountant in non-life or life Insurance industry
- *Working experience in accounting firm to support this industry is also welcomed
- Have knowledge of IFRS 17
- have knowledge of non-life insurance accounting
- Conversational high level of English (to communicate with Japanese director and employees in parent company)
- Self-motivated, energetic, hardworking and has a good attitude towards work

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Able to join immediately
- Hold CPA or CPD
- Working experience as accountant which handled IFRS 17

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการและจัดการงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ IFRS 17 และปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน
- ป้อนข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในระบบภายในสำหรับ IFRS 17 และส่งไปยังบริษัทแม่
- เข้าพบบริษัทแม่เพื่อรายงานและหารือเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและระเบียบข้อบังคับ (ต้องสื่อสารกับพนักงานที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้)
- จัดทำเอกสารเชิงนโยบายเพื่อจัดทำระเบียบกับผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาตและบริษัทแม่
- วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่างข้อมูลที่ส่งและข้อมูลจริงจากงบดุล
- ร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ IFRS 17
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีมากกว่า 2 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมประกันวินาศภัยหรือประกันชีวิต
- *ยินดีรับผู้มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสำนักงานบัญชีเพื่อสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมนี้ด้วย
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IFRS 17
- มีความรู้ด้านบัญชีประกันวินาศภัย
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสูง (เพื่อสื่อสารกับกรรมการและพนักงานชาวญี่ปุ่นในบริษัทแม่)
- มีความกระตือรือร้น กระฉับกระเฉง ขยัน และมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการทำงาน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- สามารถเข้าร่วมงานได้ทันที
- มี CPA หรือ CPD
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในฐานะนักบัญชีที่ดูแล IFRS 17
