Accounting and General Affairs (18K-24K) (SDG-27887)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Take responsible for accounting tasks mainly as well as GA and sales support tasks.
Main responsibility - Accounting:
 Create documents stipulated from accounting firm
 Issue Invoice/Tax Invoice, Receipt and Delivery Note to customers
 Submit tax: PP 30 / PND 53 / PND 1 / social security fund
 Fare adjustment for transportation, business trip, entertainment and others
Other responsibility
 Logistics tasks - Delivery management and coordination, Forwarder coordination, Invoice checking
 System operation of ERP (THOMAS GLOBE) included with Input of the logistic data - for Sales . Purchase, Stocktaking, Payment and receipt
 Customer service - Customer requirement receiving, Claim management and Quotation making
 Secretary - Vendor management for VISA, Work permit purpose and booking management
 Translating - EN ↔ TH Documentation related sales and administration
 BOI procedure - Coordination with outside vendors and forwarders
Other duties as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 22 – 25 years old
 Bachelor's Degree
 Advanced conversational level of English
 Elementary level of MS Word, Excel
 Accounting experience at least one year or fresh graduated from accounting bachelor with internship experience

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience in Japanese company
 Working experience in trading company
