New Model Engineer at Chachoengsao (15K–20K) (SDG-60122)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Review Drawing from clients
- Specify Master Schedule
- Review and specify the production process
- Responsible for Trial, monitoring Trial result, summarizing Trial data and set standards such as Condition Standard, Packing Standard, Inspection Standard, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, FMEA
- Find solutions when inspecting some issues of Trial
- Handle design review
- Prepare Part Approve for deliver to clients
- Handle documents tasks (PPAP)
- After get approval from clients, need to coordinate with production engineer regarding the production.
- Visit clients regularly

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 22 - 28 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering
- 1 - 2 years' experience in New Model Engineer / Engineer Development
- Knowledge of plastic injection / Injection Molding
- Basic skill of reading Drawing 2D, 3D
- Fresh graduate is welcomed

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in handling document tasks; PPAP

Workplace Area: Amphur Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao
Working Hour 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Sat: Once a month))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ตรวจสอบการวาดภาพจากลูกค้า
- ระบุกำหนดการหลัก
- ตรวจสอบและระบุขั้นตอนการผลิต
- รับผิดชอบการทดลองติดตามผลการทดลองสรุปข้อมูลการทดลองและกำหนดมาตรฐานเช่น Condition Standard, Packing Standard, Inspection Standard, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, FMEA
- ค้นหาแนวทางแก้ไขเมื่อตรวจสอบบางประเด็นของการทดลองใช้
- จัดการทบทวนการออกแบบ
- จัดเตรียม Part Approve เพื่อส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดการงานเอกสาร (PPAP)
- หลังจากได้รับการอนุมัติจากลูกค้าแล้วจำเป็นต้องประสานงานกับวิศวกรฝ่ายผลิตเกี่ยวกับการผลิต
- เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าเป็นประจำ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 22-28 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ 1 - 2 ปีใน New Model Engineer / Engineer Development
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการฉีดพลาสติก / การฉีดขึ้นรูป
- ทักษะพื้นฐานในการอ่าน Drawing 2D, 3D
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการงานเอกสาร PPAP
